During the week prior to your event, our team will reach out to confirm the name and cell phone number of someone that will be on-site during your event. This way, our delivery and set-up team can reach out if they have any questions.
You will want to prepare a table with 4 legs that lock into place in the location where you would like your ice carving that can easily support a large amount of weight. Glass top tables and smaller cocktail tables will not work for our sculptures. Please note that once the carving is set, we cannot move it.
The table should be covered with floor-length linens to hide the drainage hose and drip buckets that help keep your sculpture dry and looking good.
Typically, someone working the event (either an event coordinator, catering staff member, or attendee) will need to empty the drainage bucket throughout the event if the sculpture is indoors so that the buckets don’t overflow. Be sure to assign this ahead of time to minimize water spillage.
Breakdown service is available for an additional add on fee. If you have chosen to have our team break down your sculpture, our team will work with you to schedule a time that we can return and break the sculpture down for you. If you are removing the sculpture yourself, you can view our video below for safe breakdown instructions.
