Typically, we deliver to the Eastern United States - however we have delivered ice as far away as Kansas City, MO! We can work with you on deliveries - no matter the distance. Call our offices to discuss rates and distances at 864-277-1098.

Most of our sculptures are cut with a CNC machine, and are finished with fine detailing tools like chainsaws, die grinders, chisels, and more.  

The water for our ice is circulated using special pumps over the course of four days that prevent clouding and bubbles. This ensures that your sculpture is crystal clear and that it melts as slowly as possible (over the course of 6-8 hours in a/c) so that you can keep the party going all night long. 

Sculptures range in prices due to the variety that is offered. Please call or email us for a custom quote. We do offer discounts for pick up. Our team can usually work with you to find something that meets your price point.

Our team typically likes to be set one hour prior to your event. The size and complexity of your sculpture will determine what time we will need to arrive to begin setup, and a member of our team will be in contact with you prior to your event to set this time. Typically, we need around an hour to set the sculpture.  

You need to provide the table it sits on and we bring the rest! Floor length linens are not required, but are recommended to cover drip pans and buckets for sculptures that rest on a table. 

We always say the more time the better. We can be flexible with last minute orders at times, but during the busy season it can get challenging. We prefer at least 30 days prior to the event if possible for scheduling.

Absolutely! Adding color to the ice is a great way to bring fun and individuality to your sculpture. Just let us know what colors you’re thinking of using when you place your order and we’ll do the rest.
